Freight Broker | Established Asset Based 3PL | Remote - Salary: $80K–$100K + Generous Commissions (uncapped)

What You’ll Do:

As a Freight Broker, you’ll:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth
  • Manage accounts and set them up for success before passing them off to account management 
  • Negotiate rates and manage contracts
  • Coordinate shipments through dedicated operations and dispatch teams
  • Represent a brand trusted nationwide for safety and service excellence
  • Hit necessary KPIs established by leadership 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
  • No Non-Compete
  • $300k/month+ Revenue - $30k/month+ Gross Margin
  • Proven sales and relationship-building success
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
