JOB DESCRIPTION
A growing and well-established reinforcing steel contractor is seeking an experienced Rebar Project Manager to oversee commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects from award through completion.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage reinforcing steel projects from contract award through final closeout
- Coordinate estimating handoff, detailing, fabrication, delivery, and field installation activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, detailers, and field personnel
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate material procurement, production schedules, and jobsite deliveries
- Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and financial performance
- Negotiate and manage change orders and scope modifications
- Track project progress and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a Rebar Project Manager or graduates with Construction Management Degree
- Strong understanding of reinforcing steel detailing, fabrication, and installation processes
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, transportation, or large-scale construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of CRSI standards and reinforcing steel industry practices
- Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $125,000 DOE
