A well-respected and growing law firm with a strong presence in insurance law, is seeking a highly experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in insurance defense analysis and litigation.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in Illinois.
7+ years of insurance defense and litigation experience in a law firm setting.
Strong knowledge of state and federal insurance law.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Experience with analysis, writing formal opinions, and defense litigation.
Trial experience is a plus, but not required.
