A highly renownd and AV-rated employment law firm is seeking a junior to mid level associate to join their team. This firm represents individuals and workers in all aspects of employment law including discrimination, whistleblower claims, wrongful termination, FMLA, employee contracts, etc. They have multiple "Super Lawyers". Employment defense attorneys are also encouraged to apply!

Attorney Qualifications

  • Any number years of experience in employment litigation
  • Defend clients in a broad range of employment related claims
  • Drafting letters, motions, memos and pleadings
  • Prepare discovery requests/responses and take/defend depositions
  • ABA accredited law school
  • Experience with billables
