Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

A growing mechanical contractor in Virginia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with over 25 years in business, a strong reputation throughout Southwest and Central Virginia, and a healthy backlog of work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams

• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Track project progress and ensure successful project delivery

• Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience

• Mechanical construction experience required

• Mechanical Engineering background preferred

• Experience with commercial and industrial projects

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
