Job Opportunity: Litigation Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Los Angeles, CA – In-Office (M-F) Compensation: $165,000 – $200,000 + Lucrative Bonus Structure Experience: 3–5 Years
The Opportunity:
Our client, a premier Los Angeles litigation powerhouse known for securing record-breaking results, is seeking a high-caliber Personal Injury Attorney to join their elite trial team. This is not a "volume-based" practice; you will be joining a specialized group that focuses exclusively on high-value, complex injury cases.
This firm is widely recognized for its aggressive advocacy and financial success. The specific team you will join is renowned within the firm for its lucrative bonus structure, which is designed to directly reward high performance and dedication to case outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage High-Stakes Litigation: Handle a sophisticated caseload of high-value personal injury matters from inception through resolution within the California court system.
Discovery & Depositions: Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert medical/technical professionals.
Motion Practice: Draft and argue complex substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment and evidentiary challenges in CA Superior Court.
Trial Preparation: Work closely with senior partners on trial strategy, including preparing exhibits, witness examinations, and jury instructions.
Client Advocacy: Maintain high-level communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the litigation lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated personal injury litigation experience.
Legal Acumen: Strong understanding of California tort law, CA CCP, and medical terminology.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
