Are you a proven multi-unit leader who thrives on developing teams, driving performance, and delivering results? We're looking for a Regional Manager to oversee a large portfolio of stores, lead District Managers, and drive operational excellence across an entire region.

What You'll Do

📈 Own regional P&L performance

👥 Lead, coach, and develop District Managers

🚀 Drive sales, profitability, labor efficiency, and operational execution

🔍 Analyze business metrics and take action to improve results

⭐ Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all locations

🏪 Lead field operations, store visits, and performance improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years leading multiple retail, convenience, restaurant, grocery, or similar locations

✔ Proven success developing leaders and managing large teams

✔ Strong financial and operational acumen with multi-unit P&L responsibility

✔ Data-driven, accountable, and highly effective in the field

✔ Ability to influence, coach, and drive performance
