Branch Manager - Restoration & Mitigation
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing restoration and construction company seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, manage teams, and drive results. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mitigation background who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee branch operations, including mitigation, reconstruction, staffing, and customer service
Lead, support, and develop field and office teams
Manage multiple restoration projects (water, fire, mold) from start to finish
Monitor budgets, job performance, and client satisfaction
Build relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and clients
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Solid experience in restoration and mitigation services
Comfortable with a hands-on leadership style—willing to jump in on-site when needed
Strong understanding of reconstruction and insurance claim processes
Proven ability to manage teams and multiple concurrent jobs
IICRC certifications and/or contractor license a plus
