Design and permitting of signalization plans for intersection upgrades, school flashers, mid-block crossings, and similar projects.
Conduct traffic operations and safety studies (e.g., Signal Warrant Analysis, Crash Reviews, Speed Zone Studies).
Collect and analyze traffic data including turning movement counts, ADT, queue lengths, and vehicle classifications.
Conduct crash analysis and perform intersection and arterial safety assessments.
Lead traffic impact studies to evaluate development impacts on transportation networks.
Provide forecasting, modeling, GIS analysis, and planning support for transportation projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in traffic engineering.
Professional Engineering (P.E.) License in Idaho or the ability to obtain one.
