Irrigation Manager

Irrigation Manager Description:

Location: Kansas

Compensation: Highly competitive base salary DOE plus incentive bonus

About: A highly respected and growing agricultural equipment dealership is seeking a Dealership Location Manager to lead an established center-pivot irrigation operation due to an upcoming retirement. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong existing customer base while also helping drive significant future growth.

This is not a position for someone looking to simply maintain the status quo. Ownership is seeking an entrepreneurial leader with the vision, ambition, and work ethic to grow the business, develop the team, expand market share, and potentially oversee additional locations in the future.

We are seeking an individual who has a strong background within the center-pivot irrigation industry and understands every aspect of the business—from design and installation to service, troubleshooting, and producer-focused sales.

Irrigation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and customer support
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and market expansion
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with producers and key customers
  • Manage and develop dealership personnel
  • Support irrigation system design, quoting, and project execution
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities for future expansion and increased market penetration

Irrigation Manager Requirements:

  • A proven producer-focused salesperson
  • A respected industry professional
  • A growth-minded operator
  • A hands-on leader
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy
  • Someone capable of taking an already successful location and elevating it to the next level

This is a unique leadership opportunity for an individual who wants to make a significant impact within a growing agricultural organization while building a long-term career path with substantial advancement potential.
