We have a well-established Construction Firm that has a need for a Project Development Director. This company is well established in Wisconsin with over 50 years in the Commercial and Industrial industries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively seek out, follow-up on, and respond to leads for new project opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Summarize project requirements for hand-off to the project management team
- Review estimates and proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives
- Prepare information and present it to customers, including proposals, material samples, literature, drawings, renderings, etc.
- Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by providing relevant project information and documentation
- Research local zoning code regulations and requirements to ensure compliance
- Direct plan approval requirements and submittals, coordinating with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
- Understand competitors of A.C.E. and identify opportunities to increase market share
- Assist with ongoing marketing plan and advertising efforts to promote the company
- Maintain and update CRM platform
- Actively engage in networking activities, including attending events, conference, and seminars, to promote brand awareness and expand the company’s professional network
- Photograph sites during all phases of construction
- Prepare project information sheets for completed projects to showcase achievements and capabilities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in architecture, drafting, engineering, business, or construction-related programming
- 2+ years business development experience
- 2+ years experience in construction related industry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in construction drawing/drafting and estimating software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or marketing
- Design/Build construction sales experience
- Experience in estimating, drafting, or conceptual design
- Knowledge of pre-engineered metal building construction techniques and materials
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
