Senior Safety Specialist
Location: Madison, WI

Overview
Seeking a Senior Safety Specialist to lead field safety efforts across active construction projects. This role is hands-on, partnering with project teams to drive compliance, training, and a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead jobsite safety initiatives, audits, and risk assessments
• Conduct training and enforce OSHA/compliance standards
• Support incident investigations and reporting
• Partner with field teams and subcontractors to ensure safe practices
• Mentor junior safety staff and promote accountability in the field

Qualifications

• 3+ years safety experience (or 6+ years construction background)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and construction safety practices
• Proven ability to identify risks and drive corrective action
• Strong communication and field leadership skills
