A well-established and growing mechanical contractor in Southern Minnesota is seeking a Senior HVAC Project & Office Manager to lead commercial HVAC projects while helping oversee day-to-day office and operational functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional looking for increased leadership responsibility, autonomy, and long-term growth with a respected organization.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, project execution, and quality control
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed
• Build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
• Assist with office operations and project administration
🔹 Qualifications:
• HVAC, Mechanical Construction, or Project Management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management background preferred but not required
