A well-established Virginia-based law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for a candidate who is currently licensed to practice law in Florida and is either licensed in Virginia or eligible for admission by waiver.
The attorney will work on a wide range of complex business litigation matters and must have strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills. The position requires physical residency in either Richmond, VA or Tysons, VA, with hybrid flexibility considered after an initial in-office integration period.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of business litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trials
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on business disputes
Manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff across the firm
Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in Florida (required)
Licensed in Virginia or eligible for admission by waiver (required)
3+ years of experience in business litigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
