Project Types You’ll Work On:
Residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments
Subdivisions and lot grading plans
Feasibility studies and site layout
Stormwater hydrology and drainage design
Erosion control plans and permitting
Post-construction stormwater management systems
Utility layout and coordination
Septic planning and permitting
Lighting and landscape design
Environmental impact studies
Construction observation
What You'll Be Doing:
Produce detailed civil design plans and technical drawings using CAD software
Support project engineers in developing grading, drainage, utility, and site layout designs
Assist in preparing permitting documents and reports
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
Ensure design accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in civil site design (land development focus)
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience with stormwater management and site layout preferred
Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow
EIT certification is a plus, but not required
