Now Hiring: Director of Operations – Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
Are you a strategic leader with a deep understanding of healthcare accounts receivable and facility operations? We are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee revenue cycle processes and operational performance across a portfolio of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead collections and revenue cycle operations for multiple skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Florida and Illinois
Partner with Business Office Managers, Centralized Billers, and Case Management teams to resolve claims issues and maintain accurate resident insurance coverage
Oversee tracking and reporting of at-risk accounts, Medicaid Pending cases, and insurance verification using internal software platforms
Audit payer performance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal policies
Provide leadership and support for onboarding and training, including RFMS (National Data Care) systems
Conduct regular aging reviews, DSO analysis, and facility-level cash performance evaluations
Serve as a strategic partner to both facility and corporate stakeholders, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or revenue cycle management, preferably within long-term care
Strong background in collections oversight, Medicaid/Medicare processes, and facility financial operations
Proven leadership skills, including training and mentoring administrative and billing staff
Proficient in healthcare financial software; RFMS experience a plus
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
