A respected litigation firm with a strong reputation for handling complex matters in personal injury, product liability, trucking, commercial, and construction litigation is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Defense Attorney. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated defense work within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What We Need
Managing a caseload of approximately 30–40 active matters
Litigating cases through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial
Conducting legal research and providing strategic recommendations to clients
Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
Taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and working with experts
Collaborating with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active law license in good standing
3+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage a busy docket while contributing to a team environment
