A highly respected, boutique litigation firm in downtown Nashville is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join its growing team. About the Firm:

This firm handles high-stakes commercial disputes, including non compete enforcement, trade secret litigation, breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, and complex white-collar matters.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally 2–7 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Big Law background or experience handling complex business litigation preferred
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record
  • Excellent writing skills and strong litigation training
  • Eager to grow in a supportive, close-knit environment that values quality over quantity
