Employment Law Attorney – Seattle, WA
A highly regarded law firm in Seattle is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney with first-chair litigation experience to join its dynamic legal team. This is a prime opportunity to play a leadership role in handling complex and high-stakes employment law matters.
Lead and manage employment litigation cases from intake through trial or resolution
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs
Advise clients on employment policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management
Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to strategic firm initiatives
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active Washington State Bar membership
3–8 years of employment law experience
First-chair trial experience strongly preferred
Strong litigation skills: depositions, discovery, motions practice, and advocacy
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively
