A highly respected, multidisciplinary design and engineering firm with over 40 years of legacy is seeking a Project Architect / Team Leader to join their growing team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on complex and rewarding projects across the commercial, government, education, and industrial sectors—while working in a collaborative, team-first culture.

Lead and manage architecture projects from design to completion
Assign and oversee tasks, budgets, and project schedules
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Develop construction documents and ensure code compliance
Guide project delivery methods including bidding and negotiations
Support and mentor junior staff and promote design excellence firm-wide
10+ years of professional architectural experience
5+ years as a project manager or team leader
Licensed Architect in Wisconsin preferred (or ability to obtain)
Proficiency in Revit (2+ years minimum) and standard documentation software
Strong knowledge of commercial, institutional, or industrial building types
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Experience in proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client development is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
💰 Salary Range: $90,000–$125,000, depending on experience
