Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Opportunity: A mission-driven, collaborative, and growing behavioral health organization is currently expanding their ABA services and is seeking dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental needs
Provide clinical supervision to BCaBAs and Behavior Interventionists
Conduct regular caregiver meetings (in-person or telehealth) to review goals and progress
Analyze data, track progress, and adjust behavior plans as needed
Train and support staff in implementing effective intervention strategies
Maintain a consistent schedule, including afternoon/evening availability
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Active BCBA Certification
Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong commitment to client care, collaboration, and results
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $75,000–$95,000/year + monthly bonuses + potential sign-on bonus
Schedule: Flexible with options to support work-life balance
