Criminal Defense Associate Attorney

We’re looking for a passionate, bilingual (English/Spanish) Criminal Defense Associate Attorney ready to take ownership of their caseload and thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who values advocacy, teamwork, and impactful representation.
Represent clients in criminal matters from pre-trial through trial
Appear in county courts and detention facilities across Central Texas
Negotiate with prosecutors and advocate on behalf of clients
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategy
Communicate clearly with clients throughout their cases
Travel as needed to jails and court appearances
Licensed to practice law in Texas
1–2+ years of experience in criminal law (defense or prosecution)
Courtroom experience; confident in litigation and advocacy
Familiarity with Travis, Hays, and Williamson County courts is a plus
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload
Base salary: $90K–$130K (DOE) + performance-based bonuses
