A well-established residential developer with a strong local legacy in Northeast Ohio is expanding and looking to add an In-House Sales Associate to their growing team.
This role is ideal for a hungry, people-driven sales professional who loves building relationships, guiding clients through the homebuilding process, and helping bring communities to life. You’ll be the front line for new home sales—working directly with buyers from first inquiry through final decision.
Commission on every home and every upgrade sold

Engage and nurture leads from initial inquiry through purchase
Sell new homes, options, and upgrades
Meet clients at models, job sites, the office—or over coffee
Maintain detailed lead and contact notes in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and interior design teams
Stay up to date on product offerings, features, and market trends
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
2–5+ years of sales experience (residential or related preferred)
Strong knowledge of the Cleveland / NE Ohio market
Organized, outgoing, and relationship-focused
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit local job sites
