We are looking for a passionate Regional Director of Nursing to oversee multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Flint, Michigan area. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide strategic decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, improve patient outcomes, and foster a compassionate care culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage survey preparation, corrective actions, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (CMS, OSHA).
Lead by example in direct patient care and staff support.
Identify areas for clinical improvement and implement corrective actions.
Mentor facility teams on best practices and patient-centered care.
Manage Informal Dispute Resolutions (IDRs) and survey processes.
Qualifications:
Active RN license.
5+ years of clinical leadership experience, including survey management and corrective actions.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
Ability to lead effectively, including hands-on care.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Willing to travel within Flint and Metro Detroit.
