👩⚕️ What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a skilled nursing team in a positive and supportive environment.
Ensure delivery of top-quality care in full compliance with federal and state regulations.

Drive continuous improvements in clinical care and nursing practices.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
LPN/RN License: Must be valid in Wisconsin (or ability to activate).
CPR Certification: Current and valid.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state long-term care regulations.
Leadership Experience: Prior nurse leadership in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is a plus.
Compassion & Respect: A genuine commitment to empathy, patience, and high standards of care.
