Regional Sales Manager – Concrete Pump

Position Summary:We’re seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our mounted concrete pump line within a defined territory. This role focuses on growing market share through strong customer relationships, strategic outreach, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales and support new product launches.

  • Build and maintain relationships with end users, dealers, and distributors.

  • Identify and pursue new business through networking, referrals, and trade shows.

  • Provide technical support and assist with pricing and marketing strategies.

  • Deliver product demos and tailored sales presentations.

  • Track activities and manage customer info using CRM tools.

  • Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on customer needs.

  • Submit regular reports on sales activity and expenses

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of experience selling mounted concrete pumps or similar equipment.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Solid technical understanding of heavy equipment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
