Mass Action/Anti-Trust Litigation Attorney (Hybrid) in Manhattan Beach

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mass Action/Anti-Trust Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with 1 day a week in the office (additional in-office days available upon preference).

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the State Bar of California
• Minimum of 5 years of substantive experience in mass torts and/or antitrust litigation
• Proven experience handling higher-level assignments and motion practice before federal and state courts
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for mass torts and/or antitrust litigation cases
• Independently attend and represent clients at court hearings
• Draft complaints, discovery documents, and critical motions with minimal supervision
• Contribute to trial preparations and assist in case management
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and support the litigation process
