Senior Electrical Project Manager

Our client, a growing electrical construction contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on, operational role. This position oversees all aspects of project execution for commercial and industrial electrical projects while collaborating with field staff, estimators, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and vendor relationships
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate with clients and leadership
• Monitor job costs, change orders, and project documentation
• Enforce safety and quality standards on-site

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
• Familiarity with commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Experience with project management industry-specific software
• Journeyman or field experience is a plus, not required
