This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Litigation Attorney who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal representation and making a real impact in the lives of their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
Develop effective case strategies in collaboration with team members
Maintain ongoing client communication and ensure top-tier client service
Essential Functions:
Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic counsel
Conduct depositions, client/witness interviews, and expert consultations
Review medical, financial, and other relevant case documentation
Present clear, persuasive oral and written arguments in court
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Minimum of 3 years’ litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Knowledge of California civil procedure and litigation best practices
