Litigation Attorney – Join a Collaborative & Client-Focused Firm

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Litigation Attorney who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal representation and making a real impact in the lives of their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations

  • Develop effective case strategies in collaboration with team members

  • Maintain ongoing client communication and ensure top-tier client service

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic counsel

  • Conduct depositions, client/witness interviews, and expert consultations

  • Review medical, financial, and other relevant case documentation

  • Present clear, persuasive oral and written arguments in court

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

  • Minimum of 3 years’ litigation experience

  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

  • Knowledge of California civil procedure and litigation best practices
