This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5–10 years of estate planning experience who is looking for sophisticated work, a strong work-life balance, and the opportunity to build a long-term practice.

The position begins with an initial 90-day in-office period designed to provide training, collaboration, and integration with the team.
Following the initial 90 days, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule with approximately 7 days in the office each month, providing meaningful flexibility while maintaining regular in-person collaboration.
