I am working directly with leadership at a well-established Texas law firm that is seeking to add a Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney to its growing carrier-side insurance coverage practice. This opportunity offers sophisticated insurance coverage work, direct collaboration with firm leadership, and a clearly defined path toward long-term growth and partnership within a stable and highly respected platform.
The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with strong bonus potential and long-term growth opportunities.
This attorney will handle complex carrier-side insurance coverage matters and serve as a trusted advisor to insurance carrier clients while working closely with firm leadership on strategy and case development.

What We Need
- 7+ years of carrier-side insurance coverage experience
- Strong background handling first-party and third-party coverage matters
- Experience drafting coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and denial letters
- Experience handling declaratory judgment actions and related coverage litigation
- Ability to manage matters independently from inception through resolution, including mediation and client communication
- Strong analytical, writing, and litigation skills
- Interest in long-term growth and partnership opportunities
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
