Ophthalmologist Opportunity – Partnership Track | Private ASC | No Micromanagement

We’re two equal partners looking to bring on a third MD. There’s no pressure to buy in, but we’re looking for someone who’s a great fit and interested in future partnership. You’ll have the chance to share in the success of a practice that owns its own surgery center—and shares in the production from it.

Requirments

  • MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency

  • Board-certified or board-eligible

  • Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona

  • Strong surgical skills and interest in growing volume

  • Team-oriented with a desire for clinical autonomy and long-term stability
