We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Wrap Installer who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. As part of a fast-growing sign and graphics company, you’ll work on a wide range of projects—from commercial fleet wraps to custom color changes—helping our clients bring their brands and ideas to life on the road.
Install high-quality vinyl wraps and graphics on cars, trucks, vans, trailers, and other vehicles
Handle full and partial wraps, color changes, decals, spot graphics, and more
Prep vehicle surfaces and ensure proper adhesion of materials
Read and follow layout guides and production specs
Work both in-shop and occasionally on-site at customer locations
Ensure every install meets our quality standards for appearance and durability
Maintain your tools, workspace, and a strong attention to detail throughout every job
Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure smooth handoffs
3+ years of hands-on experience with vehicle wraps or vinyl graphic installs
Comfortable working with industry-standard materials like 3M, Avery Dennison, or Oracal
Strong understanding of installation techniques, including trimming, heating, stretching, and post-heating
Ability to interpret design layouts and measurements accurately
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing clean, professional results
Good communication and teamwork skills
A self-starter mindset—able to manage time and tasks independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
3M Wrap Installation Certification is a plus
