- Oversee and lead survey crew in field work
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of survey projects
- Maintain and operate survey equipment
- Provide guidance and support to crew members

- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Party Chief
