Oversee daily operations to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
Foster a positive, supportive workplace for staff and residents.
Collaborate with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to achieve excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the community.
Drive continuous improvement in resident satisfaction and staff engagement.
💼 What You’ll Bring:
Current Administrator license (or eligibility) in Wisconsin
Proven leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
