We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with proven data center construction experience to lead critical, large‑scale builds from groundbreaking through turnover. You’ll foster a safety‑first culture, drive on‑time and on‑budget delivery, and work closely with clients, engineers, and trade partners to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.
Champion and enforce a proactive safety culture across all project phases
Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and profitability
Create and maintain detailed schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) to meet project milestones
Analyze cost reports and implement strategies to control expenses and optimize productivity
Interface with owners, architects, inspectors, and vendors to resolve issues and drive solutions
Oversee equipment planning, procurement, and maintenance to support project execution
Administer project policies, procedures, contracts, and compliance with industry regulations
Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related) preferred; equivalent experience considered
Minimum 10 years of progressive construction management in data center or heavy‑industrial environments
Track record managing medium‑ to large‑scale projects (>$100 million)
Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Word, and digital construction tools (VDC/BIM)
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company with owners and stakeholders
