Area Manager – Residential Development
Location: Southeastern U.S. Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Required within assigned region
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple residential development projects across designated markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction management, with a focus on build-to-rent and for-sale communities. This role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality communities on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple project teams across various locations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and quality across all projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, construction, and sales, to align project goals and objectives.
Monitor project performance, conduct regular site visits, and provide guidance to project managers and site supervisors.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple residential development projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
