Industrial Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing production processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Key responsibilities include time and motion studies, process mapping, capacity planning, layout optimization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and Six Sigma. The Industrial Engineer will work cross-functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost
  • Develop standard work procedures and process documentation
  • Perform time studies and workflow analysis
  • Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects
  • Recommend equipment and layout changes for process improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and process changes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CAD software
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
