Talent Acquisition Specialist – Mechanical Construction
Location: Greater Nashville, TN
Position Type: Full-Time

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about connecting top-tier talent with rewarding careers—and wants to play a key role in building a high-performing team from the inside out.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source and engage candidates for skilled trades, project management, and office roles

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and timelines

  • Own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing through onboarding support

  • Help refine hiring processes and contribute to talent strategy

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Onboarding, or HR (construction industry preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
