Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire nursing staff to deliver gold-standard care for every resident.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring each neighborhood – Skilled, Assisted Living, and Memory Care – runs smoothly and to the highest quality standards.​
  • Collaborate on resident assessments, individualized care plans, and ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
  • Guide and educate staff on best practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and professional development for the clinical team.
  • Communicate with families compassionately – advocate for resident needs, answer questions, and offer support.
  • Drive innovative projects to enhance resident wellness, safety, and dignity.
  • Step up as acting DON when needed, and partner closely with leadership to shape community-wide clinical strategy.

Qualifications

  • Current Minnesota RN license.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 5+ years clinical nursing experience, 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong organizational, people, and project management skills.
  • Passion for resident advocacy and ongoing improvement in geriatric care.
  • Effective communicator, proactive problem-solver, and inspiring team player.
