Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in residential construction
Proven success managing multiple construction projects
Experience building single-family homes preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage teams, budgets, and deadlines
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
A 4-year degree in construction, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required
Must be proactive and take ownership of responsibilities
Able to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
