Estate Planning Attorney – Portland, Oregon
GPAC has partnered with a highly respected law firm in Portland that is seeking a skilled Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level attorney with expertise in estate planning, wealth management, and tax strategy to work with high-net-worth clients in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel individuals, families, and business owners on complex estate planning matters.
Draft and review estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, and asset protection strategies.
Advise clients on tax planning, charitable giving, and business succession.
Manage probate and trust administration in compliance with Oregon and federal laws.
Work closely with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to implement comprehensive plans.
Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals.
Qualifications:
J.D. and active law licenses in Oregon and Washington.
3–8 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and tax law.
Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax laws.
Excellent drafting and client communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a high-level caseload efficiently.
