A reputable and growing concrete contractor in the Dallas area is looking to add a Concrete Operations Manager to their leadership team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, strategic position and wants to help shape the direction of a growing company with a strong pipeline of work.
What You'll Do:
Oversee all field operations across multiple structural concrete projects
Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and quality delivery
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and executives to align field and office operations
Drive safety, productivity, and team development across all job sites
Actively support business growth and future planning initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing crews and operations in structural concrete (grade beams, piers, slabs, tilt-wall, etc.)
Strong leadership and communication skills
High level of accountability, organization, and initiative
Experience in both new construction and repair/renovation
Bilingual is a plus
