We are seeking an experienced remote Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment and machinery used in manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role that requires travel, technical expertise and a proven track record in machine process knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and acceptance of the machines primarily in America and Canada.
- Running machine with defined product specifications per the contract.
- Timely creation and submission of service reports and travel vouchers.
- Must have a service attitude and attention to details.
- Should be able to give constructive feedback to improve quality of service and products.
- Meeting with the customers to discuss and decide the flow of installation as well as service assignments.
- Should be good in imparting training to customer personnel during installation & commissioning or whenever the need arises.
- Creating error notices whenever required ensuring effective project execution.
- Good team coordination skills within same and inter departmental teams to assist customers solve technical issue or whenever the need arises.
Required Qualifications:
- The applicant must have completed minimum 2 years in the organization in a field service engineer, machine operator, maintenance, plant Engineer role in any paper bag machines.
- Applicant must have proven track record in machine process knowledge.
- Applicant must have good experience on PLC, Drive system, Siemens, AMK, KEB, Festo, Rexroth, Emmerson Pneumatics.
