Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with an EIT or PE designation and at least 3 years of progressive experience in civil site design or land development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design civil engineering plans for site development, utilities, stormwater, and grading.

  • Perform engineering calculations, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.

  • Collaborate with project managers, CAD technicians, and other engineers across disciplines.

  • Assist with permitting processes and construction documentation.

  • Attend project meetings and interact with clients, municipalities, and consultants.

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required).

  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred or in active pursuit.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
