Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with an EIT or PE designation and at least 3 years of progressive experience in civil site design or land development. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design civil engineering plans for site development, utilities, stormwater, and grading.
Perform engineering calculations, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, CAD technicians, and other engineers across disciplines.
Assist with permitting processes and construction documentation.
Attend project meetings and interact with clients, municipalities, and consultants.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
EIT certification required; PE license preferred or in active pursuit.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
