Remote Associate Attorney – Wage and Hour, Plaintiff Class Action

A powerhouse in the field of plaintiffs’ wage-and-hour class action litigation, our rapidly growing Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our expanding team — working remotely from Washington. We represent employees and consumers in major federal and state court cases across California, often against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. Our attorneys have recovered millions of dollars for thousands of employees and consumers, setting industry standards in class action litigation.
Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while gaining significant experience with a top plaintiffs’ class action firm. The ideal candidate will focus on wage-and-hour, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising matters. With a large number of active cases throughout California, we are looking to add new team members immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage active caseloads in both state and federal courts
Conduct written discovery, motion drafting, oral advocacy, and depositions
Participate in strategic case development and trial preparation
Collaborate closely with a seasoned litigation team on high-impact class actions
Occasionally travel to California for critical hearings, depositions, or trials as needed
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in California (preferred) or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with pending admission to the California Bar
2–8 years of civil litigation experience
Strong experience with discovery, oral advocacy, motion practice, and depositions
Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, or wage-and-hour litigation is highly desirable
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote team
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary ($130,000–$170,000 DOE/DOQ)
