DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Clinically confident and steady with patients

Licensed and in good standing with the Indiana Dental Board

Perform dental restorations, extractions, and other clinical procedures
Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
