Our well-established and highly reputable plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a driven and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle meaningful cases and work within a supportive environment designed for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation, from inception through trial.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Negotiate settlements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
  • Significant trial experience in civil litigation is required.
  • While not required, candidates with prior experience in medical malpractice or insurance defense who possess substantial trial experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong organizational and case management abilities.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
