About the Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a strong, well-respected community bank network in Illinois that is expanding its Treasury Management division to meet the growing demand from small and mid-sized businesses.
They are looking for an experienced, results-driven Treasury Management Officer to deliver customized cash management solutions, grow deposit relationships, and help local businesses streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Source new Treasury Management business from existing commercial clients and through external business development efforts.
Identify deposit and cash management opportunities to support commercial lending growth.
Deliver high-quality, tailored treasury product proposals and presentations to CFOs, Controllers, and business owners.
Lead onboarding and implementation for new treasury clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Stay informed on evolving treasury products, payment technologies, and fraud prevention strategies.
Collaborate closely with Commercial Lending, Deposit Operations, and IT teams to deliver a top-tier client experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, or Business Banking.
Strong working knowledge of treasury solutions — ACH, wires, remote deposit, merchant services, fraud protection, and liquidity tools.
Proven success sourcing new business and cross-selling treasury services to existing relationships.
Strong consultative sales skills and a client-first mindset.
Ability to thrive in a relationship-focused, less bureaucratic banking environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Accounting) or equivalent experience.
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) is a plus, but not required.
