About the Opportunity:

We’re working with a top-performing, growth-focused community bank that's aggressively expanding its Treasury Management division across Michigan. They’re looking for a results-driven Treasury Management Officer who thrives on building client relationships, delivering innovative cash management solutions, and driving deposit and fee income growth.

This is a key sales role with direct impact — offering the support you need to win deals without layers of red tape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new treasury business by sourcing and closing new client relationships.

  • Partner with Commercial Lenders to expand wallet share and cross-sell treasury solutions.

  • Create tailored proposals and deliver compelling client presentations.

  • Identify opportunities to capture operating accounts, increase deposit balances, and grow fee income.

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to implementation.

  • Build and maintain a strong external COI network (accountants, attorneys, business consultants) to generate referrals.

  • Maintain deep product knowledge to proactively recommend treasury strategies that address client needs.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, or Business Banking sales experience.

  • Strong hunter mentality — you’re energized by building new relationships and closing deals.

  • Deep understanding of treasury products, liquidity management, fraud prevention, and cash flow solutions.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and deposit growth goals.

  • Ability to influence CFOs, Controllers, and business owners in a competitive market.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field); CTP designation a plus.
